According to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 26, 2013 "About the size and payment procedure of monetary compensation the serviceman of Armed Forces, National guard, Security service and the Public special service of transport for the sublease (employment) of premises by them" and for the purpose of reduction of normative legal acts of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine in compliance with the current legislation I order to No. 450:
1. Approve Changes in the Instruction about the organization of providing the military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and members of their families premises approved by the order of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine of November 30, 2011 No. 737, of Ukraine registered in the Ministry of Justice on January 10, 2012 on No. 24/20337 (with changes) which are applied.
2. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
