1. Approve samples, rules and procedure for registration, issue, replacement, recovery, cancellation, delivery, withdrawal, destruction and protection of identity documents of the military personnel, entering of records and marks into them and terms of their issue (are applied).

2. To the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Tajikistan:

- in accordance with the established procedure to place the order for production of forms of identity documents of the military personnel, taking into account requirements of the ministries and departments in which the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About general conscription and military service" provides military service;

- determine accounting treatment and issues of identity documents of the military personnel.

3. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of July 5, 1999, No. 288 "About approval of the Regulations on identity certificates of the military personnel of the Republic of Tajikistan and their samples".
