According to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 03, 2006 to No. 1081 "About approval of the Procedure for providing the military personnel and members of their families by premises", for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine in compliance with the current legislation and enhancement of procedure for providing the military personnel of military unit of A0515 and the military units and members of their families subordinated to it by premises I order:
1. Approve Changes in the Instruction about the organization of providing the military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and members of their families premises approved by the order of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine of November 30, 2011 No. 737, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 10, 2012 on No. 24/20337 (with changes) which are applied.
2. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
