About establishment of rates of import customs duties of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union concerning separate types of goods compliance with obligations of the Russian Federation within the WTO
According to articles 42 and 45of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014, Item 4 of appendix №1 to the Regulations of work of the Euroasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Euroasian economic council of December 23, 2014 № 98 and based on the Agreement on functioning of the Customs union within multilateral trade system of May 19, 2011 Council of the Euroasian economic commission decided:
1. Bring in the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Euroasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 № 54) the following changes:
a) in the column of the fourth reference to notes to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union to exclude;
b) establish rates of import customs duties of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union:
concerning separate types of goods according to appendix No. 1;
concerning the furniture for embedding of the refrigerating and freezing equipment classified by code 8418 91 000 0 of the CN FEA EEU in the amount of 12 percent from customs value;
2. This Decision becomes effective since September 1, 2016, except for the paragraph of the third subitem "b" of Item 1.
The paragraph third the subitem "b" of Item 1 of this Decision becomes effective since December 31, 2016.
