About modification of Rules of state registration of acts of civil status in Ukraine

1. Bring in the Rules of state registration of acts of civil status in Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of October 18, 2000 No. 52/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 18, 2000 at No. 719/4940 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of December 24, 2010 No. 3307/5), the following changes:

to add Item 13 of Chapter 4 of the Section III after the words "in law-enforcement body" with words ", territorial subdivision of the Public migratory service of Ukraine";

in appendix 19 of the word "name of division of service of nationality, immigration and registration of physical persons" shall be replaced with words "the name of law-enforcement body of Ukraine / territorial subdivision of the Public migratory service of Ukraine".

2. To department of the civil, financial legislation and legislation concerning land relations () submit A.N. Ferens this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
