1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 23, 2014 No. 117 "About implementation of advance payment of the goods, works and services which are purchased for budgetary funds" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 34, the Art. 916, No. 76, the Art. 2151, No. 92, the Art. 2653, the Art. 2654, No. 97, Art. 2782; 2015, No. 55, Art. 1794, No. 62, Art. 2032, No. 94, Art. 3210, Art. 3220, No. 96, Art. 3293, Art. 3294, No. 98, Art. 3353, No. 101, Art. 3479; 2016, No. 1, the Art. 8, No. 9, the Art. 412, No. 23, the Art. 901) and of January 14, 2015 No. 6 "Some questions of provision of educational subvention from the government budget to local budgets" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 7, the Art. 155) changes which are applied.

2. Provide to local public administrations till November 30, 2016:

purchase and delivery of textbooks for pupils of 4 and 7 classes of general education educational institutions;

delivery from regional bases of textbooks for pupils of 8 classes of general education educational institutions.
