RESOLUTION OF COUNCIL OF MINISTERS OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

About modification and amendments in resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 6, 2006 No. 840 and of January 26, 2009 No. 94

Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 6, 2006 No. 840 "About the state providing orphan children, children without parental support, persons from among orphan children and children without parental support, and also content of children in the social and pedagogical centers, special teaching and educational facilities, special medical and educational facilities, receivers distributors for minors" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 109, 5/22558; 2007, No. 5, 5/24467; 2008, No. 5, 5/26497; No. 80, 5/27410; 2009, No. 31, 5/29201; 2010, No. 2, 5/30975; 2011, No. 3, 5/33083; No. 113, 5/34542; 2012, No. 3, 5/35008; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 28.07.2012, 5/36004; 29.11. 2012, 5/36524; 03:04. 2013, 5/37073; 17:10. 2013, 5/37922; 13:05. 2014, 5/38818; 06:12. 2014, 5/39783; 31.07. 2015, 5/40862) following changes:

1.1. in Item 1:

in the subitem "8723,"" to replace 1.5 figures with figures of "9595,6";

in the subitem "1202,"" to replace 1.6 figures with figures of "1322,6";

in subitem 1.7:

in the paragraph the second to replace figures "58 400" with figures "61 300";

1.11. to be reworded as follows appendices 14 and 16 to this resolution (are applied).

2. Bring in appendices 1-5 to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 26, 2009 No. 94 "About expenses of the state on content of the children who are on the state providing, subject to compensation in budget receipt" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 31, 5/29201; The National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 31.07.2015, 5/40862) of change and amendments, having been reworded as follows them (are applied).

3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.

Cash expense rates on providing with clothes, footwear and soft stock of the orphan children and children without parental support who are in houses nursing homes for handicapped children with features of psychophysical development (except for intended for the handicapped children having physical violations)
