Provide in 2016 to open joint stock company "Belarusbank savings bank guarantee of the Government of the Republic of Belarus in repayment of principal debt on the credit and interest for using by it (except for the percent paid for the account of means of the republican budget) issued by this bank in 2016-2018 to the republican production unitary enterprise "Plant of Newsprint" for financing of surplus of net working capital within the investment project "Creation of Production of Paper Basis for Decorative Facing Materials" in the amount of the 11th 818, in 2 thousand euros with collection of interest for using this credit in the amount of no more than 11 annual interest rates and 2019 of return of 31 December.
2. Determine that the payment for provision of a guarantee for the Government of the Republic of Belarus according to Item 1 of this resolution is made one-timely in the amount of percent 0,01 from credit amount.
3. Confer the personal responsibility for target use of means of the credit specified in Item 1 of this resolution, its timely repayment, interest payment for use of this credit for the director of the republican production unitary enterprise "Plant of Newsprint".
4. Make additions to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
