About procedure for cost recovery of the food provided to the convicts to restriction of freedom installed in temporary detention center of territorial authority of internal affairs

Based on part 4-1 of Article 55 of the Penitentiary code of the Republic of Belarus, subitem 9.4 of Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 4, 2007 No. 611 "About some questions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the organizations which are a part of the system of law-enforcement bodies" the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Determine that:

1.1. the cost of the food provided to the convict to the restriction of freedom (further - the convict) installed in temporary detention center of territorial authority of internal affairs according to the procedure of disciplinary isolation is compensated by it on actual costs in complete size.

Actual costs are determined based on these source accounting documents which draw up purchase of food for the internal affairs of persons containing in temporary detention center of territorial authority, and the food which is actually provided to the convict;

1.2. the account on cost recovery of food in form according to appendix to this resolution is issued to the convict in case of its release from temporary detention center of territorial authority of internal affairs.

The account on cost recovery of food is filled in in duplicate. The first copy of the account on cost recovery of food is issued to the convict about whose receipt he undersigns on the second copy of the account attached to materials based on which it contained in temporary detention center of territorial authority of internal affairs;
