1. Approve Changes in the Code of gas-transport system approved by the resolution of the National commission performing state regulation in the field of power and utilities, of September 30, 2015 No. 2493, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 6, 2015 at No. 1378/27823, which are applied.

2. In item 4 of the resolution of the National commission performing state regulation in the field of power and utilities, of September 30, 2015 No. 2494 "About approval of the Code of gas-distribution systems", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 6, 2015 at No. 1379/27824:

in paragraph four of figure and reducing "100 thousand million" to replace with figures and reducing "100 thousand";

in paragraphs five and pole to replace reducing "one million" with reducing "one thousand".

3. Oblige the operator of gas-transport system of means, the services of balancing received for provision and not used following the results of year, use only as source of financing of the development plan for gas-transport system.
