The paragraph of the sixth Article 4 to state 2) in the following edition:

Article 7 to state 3) in the following edition:

"Article 7. Russian register of hydraulic engineering constructions

Data on the hydraulic engineering construction are entered in the Russian register of hydraulic engineering constructions (further - the Register) and (or) updated in the Register after approval by the federal executive bodies authorized on carrying out federal state supervision in the field of safety of hydraulic engineering constructions, the declaration of safety of the hydraulic engineering construction.

The register is created and kept according to the procedure, established by the Government of the Russian Federation.

When entering into the Register of data on the hydraulic engineering construction one of the following four classes according to the criteria of classification of hydraulic engineering constructions established by the Government of the Russian Federation is appropriated to it:

The II class - the hydraulic engineering construction of high danger;
