According to Articles 64, of the 67th Chapter 6 of the Section II of the Tax code of Ukraine and to the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, for the purpose of reduction in compliance with the Law of Ukraine of November 26, 2015 No. 835-VIII "About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About state registration of legal entities and physical persons entrepreneurs" and some other legal acts of Ukraine on decentralization of powers on state registration of legal entities, physical persons entrepreneurs and public forming" I order:

1. Approve Changes in the Accounting treatment for taxpayers and charges approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of December 9, 2011 No. 1588, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 29, 2011 on No. 1562/20300 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of April 22, 2014 No. 462) which are applied.

2. To department of tax, customs policy and methodology of financial accounting of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine (Romaniuk Yu. P.) to provide in accordance with the established procedure:

provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
