1. In heading and Item 1 of the order of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine of January 23, 2004 No. 105 "About approval of the Procedure for the determination of initial cost of blocks of shares of the public joint stock companies which are subject to sale at tenders", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 31, 2004 at No. 135/8734 (with changes), words "initial cost of blocks of shares of the public joint stock companies which are subject to sale at tenders" shall be replaced with words "estimated value of blocks of shares of the joint-stock companies offered for competitive sale".

2. Make changes to the Procedure for determination of initial cost of blocks of shares of the public joint stock companies which are subject to sale at tenders, approved by the order of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine of January 23, 2004 No. 105, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 31, 2004 at No. 135/8734 (with changes), having been reworded as follows it which is applied.
