1.1. state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. This Instruction determines procedure for connection of the banks, "Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus" open joint stock company, non-bank credit and financial organizations and other organizations allowed to participation in the BISS system (further - banks), to the automated subsystem of documentary synchronization of archives of participants of the BISS system (further - the automated subsystem of documentary synchronization) and procedure for its functioning.";
1.2. exclude Items 2 and 3;
1.3. "bank" to add Item 6 after the word with the words "The Republic of Belarus (Further — National Bank)";
1.4. state Item 7 in the following edition:
"7. The automated subsystem of documentary synchronization is part the EXPERT of TsA MBR and interacts with software and hardware complexes of banks and Settlement center of National Bank (further - Settlement center).";
