According to the subitem 48 of item 4 of the Regulations on National police approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 28, 2015 to No. 877 and Item 5 of procedure for provision and deprivation of participant status of fighting of persons which protected independence sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine and were directly involved in anti-terrorist operation, ensuring its carrying out or in implementation of actions for ensuring national security and defense, to repulse and control of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions, ensuring their implementation, in the actions necessary for ensuring defense of Ukraine, protection of safety of the population and interests of the state in connection with military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 413, for the purpose of legal and social protection of police officers government employees and other employees of National police of Ukraine I order:
1. Approve Regulations on the commission of National police of Ukraine concerning consideration of materials about recognition by combatants, participants of war of police officers, government employees and other employees of National police of Ukraine which is applied.
2. Department on forming of policy concerning government authorities and monitoring bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs being under control of the Minister (Bodnar V. E.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.
