1. Approve the enclosed technique of determination of strong rural settlements.
2. Declare invalid the order of the First deputy Premier-Ministra of the Republic of Kazakhstan - the Minister of Regional Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 18, 2013 No. 234/ODES "About Approval of Technique of Determination of Strong Rural Settlements" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 8821, No. 325 published in the Kazakhstanskaya Pravda newspaper on November 28, 2013 (27599).
3. To department of regional policy and development of local self-government of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan to take necessary measures for timely approval of the List of strong rural settlements.
4. To provide to department of regional policy and development of local self-government of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction it the copy in printing and electronic type on official publication in periodic printing editions and information system of law of Ad_let, and also in the Republican center of legal information for entering into reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan and on the intranet portal of state bodies;
