Some questions of involvement of translators (signers) for ensuring provision of free secondary legal assistance
For the purpose of ensuring provision of available and high-quality free secondary legal assistance to all persons of law on free secondary legal assistance according to the Law of Ukraine "About free legal assistance" before legislative settlement of appropriate questions the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Agree with the offer of the Ministry of Justice on attraction by the centers for provision of free secondary legal assistance of the translator (signer) for ensuring provision of free secondary legal assistance to persons of law on such help according to the Law of Ukraine "About free legal assistance" in case the specified subjects do not know state language and/or are deaf, mute or deaf-and-dumb.
2. Determine that translators (signers) are attracted for ensuring provision of free secondary legal assistance based on the signed service provision agreements of transfer, including with physical persons - entrepreneurs / legal entities, according to requirements of the civil legislation.
3. Bring in the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for fee and expense recovery of the lawyers providing free secondary legal assistance, No. 130 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 4, 2013 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2013, No. 19, Art. 640; 2014, No. 51, the Art. 1340), changes which are applied.
