About modification of the Procedure for issue of veterinary documents
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in the Procedure for issue of veterinary documents approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 21, 2013 No. 857 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2013, No. 92, the Art. 3401), changes which are applied.
2. This resolution becomes effective in 30 days from the date of its publication.

1. Add Item 3 with the paragraph of the following content:
"Obtaining specified in paragraphs the second - the fourth this Item of documents is not obligatory in case of movement for export out of limits of the territory of Ukraine through the check points through frontier opened in the territory of seaports, fodder grain.".
2. Add Item 5 with the paragraph of the following content:
"On the arrival of fodder grain on the grain warehouse located in seaport in case of absence in accompanying documents of the veterinary certificate such grain warehouse shall provide to regional service of the state veterinary control and supervision on frontier and transport corresponding commodity transport and/or rail waybills in which the place of origin of fodder grain is specified. In case of functioning in seaport of information system of port community the specified documents are transmitted through such system.".
3. In Item 10 of the word "instead of the relevant veterinary documents from the place of their departure" shall be replaced with words "based on addresses of the owner of load or person authorized by it".
