1. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 10, 1992 No. 459 "About procedure for issue of permissions to special use of natural resources and establishment of limits of use of resources of nation-wide value" (the joint venture of Ukraine, 1992, No. 9, Art. 217; 1994, No. 8, Art. 209; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1999, No. 50, Art. 2440; 2000, No. 49, Art. 2119; 2001, No. 44, Art. 1974; 2002, No. 12, Art. 590; 2004, No. 25, Art. 1650; 2006, No. 22, Art. 1635; 2007, No. 39, Art. 1550; 2013, No. 87, Art. 3214):

in introductory part of the word "According to the Law USSR "About Protection of the Surrounding Environment" shall be replaced with words "According to the Laws of Ukraine "About authorization system in the field of economic activity" and "About natural and reserved fund of Ukraine";
