Bring in the Procedure for holding auctions for sale of special permissions to use of natural resources approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 30, 2011 No. 594 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 44, Art. 1783; 2012, No. 30, Art. 1116, No. 81, Art. 3283; 2016, No. 16, the Art. 644), and the Procedure for provision of special permissions to use of natural resources approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 30, 2011 No. 615 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 45, the Art. 1832, No. 54, Art. 2151; 2012, No. 30, Art. 1116, No. 81, Art. 3283; 2013, No. 6, Art. 202; 2016, No. 4, the Art. 239, No. 16, the Art. 644), changes which are applied.
2. The subitem 13 of Item 8 of the Procedure for the provision of special permissions to use of natural resources approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 30, 2011 No. 615, to exclude.
3. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.
4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication, except Item 2 of this resolution which becomes effective since April 1, 2017.
