Some questions of deregulation of economic activity

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Make changes which are applied to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

2. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.

3. To the ministries, other central executive bodies to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. According to the procedure of carrying out the state testing, state registration and re-registration, the edition of lists of the pesticides and agrochemicals permitted to use in Ukraine, No. 295 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 4, 1996 (ZP of Ukraine, 1996, No. 8, Art. 253; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2000, No. 50, Art. 2156; 2002, No. 27, Art. 1260; 2004, No. 24, Art. 1588; 2006, No. 23, Art. 1720; 2007, No. 89, Art. 3252; 2010, No. 75, Art. 2669; 2011, No. 79, Art. 2916):
