According to the Law of Ukraine "About metrology and metrological activities", to Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 1992 No. 731 "About approval of the Regulations on state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies", to the Regulations on the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 459, and for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts in compliance with requirements of the legislation I order:

1. Recognize invalid some orders of the State committee of Ukraine on standardization, metrology and certification, Committee of Ukraine concerning standardization, metrology and certification, the State committee of standardization, metrology and certification of Ukraine and the State committee of Ukraine concerning technical regulation and consumer policy according to the list which is attached.

2. In accordance with the established procedure to submit to department of technical regulation this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister of economic development and trade of Ukraine according to distribution of functional obligations.
