About modification of the Procedure for preservation of lands

According to Articles 171, 172 Land codes of Ukraine, article 54 of the Law of Ukraine "About land management", No. 442 "About optimization of system of the central executive bodies" and to Item 16 of the Regulations on state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries, other executive bodies approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 1992 No. 731, I order to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 10, 2014:

1. Bring in the Procedure for preservation of lands approved by the order of the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine of April 26, 2013 No. 283, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 24, 2013 for No. 810/23342, the following changes:

The word "development" to replace 1) in Item 12 with the word "creation";

To replace 2) in the text of the Procedure for the word "Goszemagentstva of Ukraine" in all cases with the word "Gosgeokadastra" in the corresponding cases;

words of "The Crimean republican or regional state project and technological center of protection of fertility of soils and product quality" in all cases shall be replaced with words "public institution" institute of protection of soils of Ukraine" in the corresponding cases.

2. To provide to department of agriculture and technical policy in the AIC in the procedure established by the legislation submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
