For the purpose of regulation of the relations between participants of the natural gas market, according to the Law on gas, No. 136-XIV of 17.09.98. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova No. 111-113/679 of 17.12.1998), the Law on power, No. 1525-XIII of 19.02.98. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova No. 50-51/366 of 04.06.1998). The administrative board of the National Agency on Regulation in Power DECIDES:

1.1.
