About determination of fields of activity in which the central executive bodies perform functions of technical regulation
According to article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "About technical regulations and assessment of conformity" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Determine fields of activity in which the central executive bodies and the Security Service of Ukraine perform functions of technical regulation, according to the list according to appendix.
2. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.
3. This resolution becomes effective along with the Law of Ukraine of January 15, 2015 No. 124-VIII "About technical regulations and assessment of conformity".
