Bring in the Procedure for liquidation of the unprofitable coal-mining and uglepererabatyvayushchy companies approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 27, 1997 No. 939 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1997, No. 35, Art. 103; 2002, No. 28, Art. 1317; 2006, No. 21, Art. 1564; 2007, No. 41, Art. 1617; 2013, No. 51, the Art. 1840), changes which are applied.

1. In Item 7 the word "is liquidated" shall be replaced with words "shall function in the permanent water-removing mode".
2. State Item 17 in the following edition:
"17. Results of the actual performance of works on physical liquidation of the mountain company and their compliance to the actions provided in the approved project are considered by the commission which is created by the customer of this project of liquidation.
Date of physical liquidation of the mountain company approval date is considered the project orderer of liquidation of acts of acceptance of the corresponding works. After physical liquidation of the mountain company the legal successor is determined by social protection of categories of persons according to part five of article 48 of the Mountain law of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.
Results of the actual performance of works and actions for liquidation of the mountain company, including works on environmental protection and their compliance to the actions provided in the approved project, are considered by the commission which is created the Ministry of Energy and Coal Mining.
