to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of July 8, 2016 No. 230
1. In paragraph three of Item 5 and the subitem "v" of Item 18 of the Regulations on procedure for appointment and allowance payment to the aged and disabled citizens who do not have the length of service necessary for the award of pension approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of April 7, 2011 No. 107 (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2011, No. 4, the Art. 27), the words "5 years" shall be replaced with words "7 years".
2. In Regulations on the procedure for appointment and payment of national pensions approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of September 8, 2011 No. 252 (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2011, No. 9, the Art. 75):
a) in paragraph one of Item 37 of the word "5 years" shall be replaced with words "7 years";
