1. Make change to Item 8 of appendix to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 25, 1996 No. 1548 "About establishment of powers of executive bodies and executive bodies of city councils on price regulation (rates)" (the joint venture of Ukraine, 1996, No. 21, Art. 596; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2005, No. 33, Art. 1989; 2015, No. 18, the Art. 492), having excluded in paragraph one of the word "single tariffs for the electrical energy released for each class of consumers except rates for the electrical energy released on domestic needs of the population, settlements and external lighting".
2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 15, 2005 No. 745 "About transition to single tariffs for the electrical energy released to consumers" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2005, No. 33, the Art. 1989).
3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2016.
