Declare invalid the order of the State committee of communication and informatization of Ukraine of February 14, 2001 No. 19 "About approval of the Regulations on activities of operators of long distance, international telecommunication of telephone network public of Ukraine and their interaction among themselves", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 27, 2001 at No. 372/5563.

2. And uses of radio-frequency resource of Administration of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine to provide to department of telecommunications submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
