About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. Make changes which are applied to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

2. Submit to the public auditing service in accordance with the established procedure proposals on reduction of acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in compliance with this resolution and bring own regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. In Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 69, Art. 1936; 2015, No. 34, Art. 1012, No. 48, Art. 1541, No. 63, Art. 2092; 2016, No. 16, Art. 654, No. 23, Art. 900):

1) in the paragraph the second Item 1 and the subitem 2 of Item 3 of the word "the state financial control," to exclude;

2) in item 4:

in subitem 5 of the word "the state financial control," to exclude;

exclude subitem 80;

In paragraph ten of the subitem 2 of Item 6 the word of Gosfininspektion to replace 3) with the word "Gosauditsluzhby".
