About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning implementation of environmental and radiological control

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning implementation of environmental and radiological control of change which are applied.

2. To the ministries and other central executive bodies to bring own regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution in a month.

3. This resolution becomes effective in 30 days from the date of its publication.

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning implementation of environmental and radiological control

1. Item 1 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 20, 1995 No. 198 "About implementation of environmental control at check points through frontier" (the joint venture of Ukraine, 1995, No. 6, Art. 143; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2002, No. 1, Art. 12; 2009, No. 39, Art. 1300; 2011, No. 78, Art. 2882; 2013, 82, 3041) to state No. to the Art. in the following edition:

"1. Provide to the state ecological inspection implementation at check points through frontier:

1) environmental control (except cases of implementation of environmental control by officials of customs authorities in the form of preliminary documentary control) air and land vehicles (except cars), goods according to the list determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
