About the government budget for 2016

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Section I. General provisions

Art. 1. – (1) the Government budget for 2016 affirms according to the income in the amount 29641603, thousands of lei, on expenses as 33824403,1 amount thousand lei, with deficit in 4182800,0 amount thousand lei.

(2) General indicators and sources of financing of the government budget are provided in appendix 1.

(3) the Structure of the income of the government budget is provided in appendix 2.

(4) Budgets of the central bodies of the public power are provided in appendix 3.

Section II. Special provisions

Art. 2. – Assignments affirm as budgets of separate central bodies of the public power:

1) in the budget of the Ministry of Agriculture and food industry:

a) for Fund of subsidizing of agricultural producers – in the amount 700 000,0 thousand lei, from them 380 800,0 thousand lei at the expense of the Program of financial support ENPARD of the European commission. These means will be used in the following directions:

– investment into the agricultural holdings for restructuring and adaptation to standards of the European Union directed on:

production of vegetables and fruit in the closed soil (greenhouses, hotbeds, cellars);

creation, updating and stubbing of long-term plantings, including grape and fruit plantings;

acquisition of agricultural machinery and special agricultural equipment;

equipping and technological re-equipment of livestock farms;

acquisition of breeding animals and preserving their gene pool;

crediting of agricultural producers by financial institutions and non-bank financial institutions;

insurance of industrial hazards in agricultural industry;
