About modification of the Regulations on determination of the faces tied with bank

According to Articles 7, of 15, of 55, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to Articles 52, of 66, 67 Laws of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", for the purpose of increase in banking system stability of Ukraine and protection of interests of creditors and investors the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in Chapter 3 of the Section II of the Provisions on determination of the faces tied with bank approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of May 12, 2015 No. 315 (with changes), the following changes:

1) in Item 1:

in subitem 2:

third to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"The main source of receipts, including for debt repayment or accomplishment of obligations, faces are means of bank and/or the face tied with bank or person having coherence signs";

to state the paragraph of the seventh in the following edition:

"Person belongs to group of persons, one of which is borrower of bank and to which the bank granted the considerable loans which are connected among themselves by general economic activity or participation in the authorized capital of other person, and one of these persons is the face tied with bank";

in subitem 4:

to add the subitem after paragraph two with the new paragraph of the following content:

"There is no information on activities of final beneficial owners (controllers) of person or it insufficiently".
