About modification of the Regulations on electronic money in Ukraine

According to Articles 7, of 15, of 40, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", article 15 of the Law of Ukraine "About payment systems and money transfer in Ukraine", article 47 of the Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", for the purpose of enhancement of normative legal regulation of the activities connected with use of electronic money, the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Regulations on electronic money in Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of November 04, 2010 No. 481, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 24, 2010 on No. 1336/18631 (with changes) (further - the Provision), the following changes:

The paragraph of the seventh of Item 1.3 of Chapter 1 to state 1) in the following edition:

"The commercial agent - legal resident person, representative office of organization of the international organization which member is Ukraine or performing in Ukraine activities for humanitarian assistance based on international agreements with Ukraine (further - representative office of the international organization) (further the agent) - person who based on the agreement signed with the issuer performs:";

2) in Chapter 3:
