About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning creation of conditions for the international cooperation of subjects of aircraft construction and development of domestic aircraft construction

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About development of the aircraft constructing industry" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2001, No. 50, Art. 261 with subsequent changes):

And the word of "2017" to replace 1) in Article of 3-1 figure with figures and the word of "2025";

To add 2) with Article 3-2 of the following content:

"Article 3-2. Grant the right to the subjects of aircraft construction falling under action of regulations of article 2 of this Law, be founders and/or members of subjects of managing, including with participation of foreign business entities, except those which are located or perform the activities in the territory of the state recognized by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine the state aggressor or the state invader and/or to which sanctions according to the law are applied.

The right of subjects of aircraft construction provided by part one of this Article is implemented with observance of requirements of the legislation, including regarding approval of subjects of management of objects of state-owned property".

2. Article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About features of management of objects of state-owned property in defense industry complex" (2012, No. 4, the Art. 23) to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with part two of the following content:
