Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. In item 4 of the Procedure for determination of the losses of agricultural and forestry and landscape production which are subject to compensation, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of November 17, 1997 No. 1279 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1997, No. 47, Art. 40; 2004, No. 15, Art. 1048; 2010, No. 55, Art. 1867; 2011, No. 85, Art. 3102):

The second the words "State Agricultural Inspectorate and Its Territorial Authorities" shall be replaced with words 1) in the paragraph "Gosgeokadastr and his territorial authorities";
