Question of assignment of ranks of government employees and ratio between ranks of government employees and ranks of officials of local self-government, military ranks, diplomatic ranks and other special ranks

According to part two of article 39 of the Law of Ukraine "About public service" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve:

Procedure for assignment of ranks of government employees which is applied;

ratio between ranks of government employees and military ranks, diplomatic ranks and other special ranks according to appendices 1 - 11.

2. Determine that:

the allowance for rank is established from the date of its assignment;

the allowance is paid to the government employee who works part-time (week) for rank in proportion to worked time;

to person who is appointed to position of public service with testing and has the rank appropriated on prior workplace, the allowance during testing is paid for rank according to such rank;

the allowance during testing is paid to person who is appointed to position of public service with testing and to whom the rank according to the Law of Ukraine of December 16, 1993 was appropriated to No. 3723-XII "About public service" for rank according to the lowest rank within category of positions to which the position of public service belongs. In case of position belonging to category of positions within which assignment of rank of the lowest, than appropriated to the government employee under the specified Law is provided the allowance is paid for rank according to earlier appropriated rank.

3. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.
