1. Approve the Technique of determination and calculation of rates for custodial services (downloadings, selection) gas from gas storages in which the mode of regulated access which is applied is applied.

2. On regulation of the relations in the oil and gas sphere in the procedure established by the legislation to submit to department this resolution on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
