Some questions of implementation of the Law of Ukraine "About the status of veterans of war, guarantee of their social protection"

According to Item "About the status of veterans of war, guarantee of their social protection" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides 10 parts two of article 7 of the Law of Ukraine:

1. Approve enclosed:

Procedure for factual determination of participation of persons which became disabled people owing to wound, mutilation, contusion or other injuries of health received during participation in mass actions of civil protest in Ukraine from November 21, 2013 to February 21, 2014 for European integration and against Yanukovych's regime (in Advantage Revolution), and obtaining by them during participation in Revolution of Advantage of wounds, mutilations, contusion or other damages of health;

Procedure for establishment of communication of disability with wounds, mutilation, contusion or other damage of health sustained faces, become disabled people owing to wound, mutilation, contusion or other injuries of health received during participation in mass actions of civil protest in Ukraine from November 21, 2013 to February 21, 2014 for European integration and against Yanukovych's regime (in Advantage Revolution).

2. Bring in the Regulations on procedure, conditions and criteria of establishment of disability approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 3, 2009 No. 1317 "Questions of medico-social examination" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2009, No. 95, Art. 3265; 2012, No. 42, the Art. 1618), changes which are applied.
