About modification and amendments in some orders of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan

I ORDER:

1. Approve the list of some orders of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan to which changes and additions, according to appendix to this order are made.

2. To provide to department of production and conversion of crop products of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction it the copy on official publication in periodic printing editions and in information system of law of Ad_let, and also within five working days in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" for placement in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) placement of this order on official Internet resource of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the intranet portal of state bodies.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after twenty one calendar days after day of its first official publication.

The list of some orders of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan to which changes and additions are made

1. In the order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 27, 2011 No. 06-1/545 "About approval of standard forms of the reporting of the cereal-receiving companies" (No. registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts 7259, No. 95-96 published on April 10, 2012 in the Kazakhstanskaya Pravda newspaper (26914-26915):

state Item 1 in the following edition:

"1. Approve standard forms of the reporting of the cereal-receiving companies according to appendices 1, of 2, 3 to this order.";

in appendix 1 to the specified order:

in the Standard form of the public contract for storage of grain between the cereal-receiving company and the owner of grain approved by the specified order:

"2. The amount and characteristics of the grain transferred to storage, qualitative indexes to which grain for the purpose of ensuring its safety is carried are determined by the Parties in appendix to this Agreement.";

14) to provide return of the grain wastes received as a result of bringing grain to the qualitative indexes established in appendix to this Agreement according to Rules of accounting of grain.";

"5. The owner shall pay timely services HPP according to the procedure and on the conditions established by Section 3 of this agreement.";
