1. Approve enclosed:

The list No. 1 of productions, works, professions, positions and indicators at underground works, at works with especially harmful and especially severe conditions of work in which employment full time grants pension entitlement on age on favorable terms;

The list No. 2 of productions, works, professions, positions and indicators at works with harmful and severe conditions of work in which employment full time grants pension entitlement on age on favorable terms.

2. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.

3. To make to the ministry of social policy explanations about procedure for application of the lists approved by this resolution.
