In connection with the decision of ANRE on the beginning of process of gradual liberalization of electricity market approved by the Resolution N 62 of May 30, 2002 for the purpose of regulation of process of accreditation of independent consumers, being guided by provisions of Art. 7 of the item g) the Law on power, Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power
DECIDES:
1. Approve the Regulations on accreditation of independent consumers attached to this Resolution and which are its component.
2. On regulation and licensing of the National agency on regulation in power to provide to management control over the implementation of this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of approval.
