For the purpose of regulation of the procedure of change of supplier of electrical energy by independent consumers, based on Art. provisions 8, part (1), the subitem t) the Law on the electric power No. 124-XVIII of December 23, 2009. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, No. 23-24, of the Art. 33), the Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power DECIDES:
1. Approve Regulations on the procedure of change of supplier of electrical energy as independent consumers.
2. Recognize invalid the Resolution of Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power No. 81 of December 30, 2002. (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2003, No. 30-34, Art. 48).
3. To impose control of application of the approved Provision by participants of the market of electrical energy on Department of regulation, investments and quality and on Legal department.
