Based on h (1) Art. 71 of the Law No. 107/2016 on the electric power (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, No. 193-203, of the Art. 413), with subsequent changes, for the purpose of regulation of legal relations between electric power suppliers and final consumers, the Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power DECIDES:

1. Approve Regulations on the procedure of change of supplier of electrical energy it (is applied).

2. Declare invalid the Regulations on the procedure of change of supplier of electrical energy by independent consumers approved by the Resolution of Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power No. 534 of November 20, 2013. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 24-26, 107), registered in the Ministry of Justice at No. 956 of January 17, 2014.

3. Within a month after entry into force of the Provision suppliers of electrical energy place on official web pages the procedure of change of supplier of electrical energy containing the obligatory information specified in appendix to the Provision.

4. If the supplier has no official web page, he shall publish information specified in Item 3, on the information panel and to present her to the final consumer on demand.

5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on divisions of the National agency on regulation in power.
