About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 30, 2010 No. 1911

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 30, 2010 No. 1911 "About measures for implementation of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About support of small and medium entrepreneurship" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 12, 5/33191) the following changes:

1.1. the fifth to exclude the paragraph from Item 1;

1.2. in paragraph six of Item 11 of the Regulations on organizations of financial support of entrepreneurs approved by this resolution of the word of "release and placement" shall be replaced with words "issues (issue)";

1.3. To declare the regulations on societies of mutual lending of subjects of small and medium entrepreneurship approved by this resolution invalid.

2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
