The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
Bring in the Procedure for consideration of the questions connected with preparation and introduction of representations concerning persons whose position assignment and dismissal is performed by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine by the President of Ukraine or the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine or No. 298 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 11, 2012 will be approved with the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 30, Art. 1107; 2014, No. 85, Art. 2403; 2015, No. 40, the Art. 1218, No. 80, the Art. 2680), changes which are applied.
