1. Rules of protection of power networks (further - rules) creations of normal conditions of their operation and prevention of accidents are developed according to requirements of article 17 of the Law on power N 1525-XIII of February 19, 1998 for the purpose of ensuring safety of power networks. These rules are applied during the designing, construction and operation of power networks, and also in case of works near power networks.
Requirements of these rules do not exclude provisions of the existing regulations.
