1. Approve Changes in the Procedure for forming and maintaining the Unified register of arbitration managers (managers of property, managing directors of sanitation, liquidators) of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of March 26, 2013 No. 541/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 28, 2013 for No. 514/23046, who are applied.

2. To department concerning judicial work and bankruptcy (Moiseyev Yu. A.) submit this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".

3. In three-months time from the date of entry into force of this order to provide to the state company "National Information Systems" (Lurye S. S.) technical and technological capability of entering of information into the Unified register of arbitration managers (managers of property, managing directors of sanitation, liquidators) of Ukraine, and access to this information according to the changes approved by this order.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
