About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About labor protection"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About labor protection" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2003, No. 11, the Art. 508) the following changes:

special clothes - means individual are sewn up, clothes, headdress, mittens, other objects intended for protection of the worker against harmful and (or) dangerous production factors.";

"Article 1-1. Regulation subject

This Law establishes the legal basis of regulation of the relations in the field of labor protection between employers and workers and is directed to creation of the working conditions conforming to requirements of preserving life and health of workers in the course of labor activity.";
