About approval of the inventory which are significantly important for the domestic market of the Eurasian Economic Union and concerning which temporary bans or quantitative restrictions of export can be in exceptional cases imposed

According to Item 14 of the Protocol on measures of non-tariff regulation concerning the third countries (appendix № 7 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) Board of the Eurasian economic commission of decided:

1. Approve the enclosed inventory which are significantly important for the domestic market of the Eurasian Economic Union and concerning which temporary bans or quantitative restrictions of export can be in exceptional cases imposed.

2. Recognize to invalid:

item 2 of the Decision of the Commission of custom union of January 27, 2010 №168 "About ensuring functioning of single system of non-tariff regulation of custom union of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation";

The decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of December 25, 2013 №307 "About modification of the Inventory, being significantly important for the domestic market of custom union concerning which temporary restrictions or prohibitions of export can be in exceptional cases set".

3. This Decision shall enter into force upon the expiry of 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
